Customer Success at Causal

Heidi Lawson is currently a Customer Success Manager at Causal. Prior to this, they worked as BizOps at Imagr from February 2020 to July 2021. Imagr is an autonomous checkout solution retailers can own, operate and scale themselves. Before that, they were an analyst at Jasmine Social Investments from May 2018 to December 2019 where they found and funded the world's best social entrepreneurs who are solving a basic need of the very poor. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance at PwC from February 2015 to March 2018 where they provided both sell-side and buy-side advisory services as well as undertaking financial modelling, capital raises, valuations and strategic advice. Heidi started their career at PwC as a summer intern in Financial Assurance from November 2013 to February 2014.

Heidi Lawson has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, with majors in finance and commercial law. Heidi also has a certification from Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab in evaluating social programs, and a certification from Outward Bound New Zealand in Outward Bound courses.

They are on a team with Tim Nowacki - Unknown role, Haley Scott - People Operations Manager, and Ariel Menche - Strategic Finance Partner. Heidi Lawson reports to Chris Light, Head of Business Operations.
