Rob Wu

Founder, CEO at CauseVox

Rob Wu is the founder and CEO of CauseVox. Rob has over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including management, consulting, and business development.

Rob started their career at Deloitte Consulting, where they quickly rose to become a top performer. However, they left Deloitte after almost getting fired due to their rebellious nature. Rob then went on to work at Synergy Ministries, where they served as the Director of Business Development. While at Synergy, Rob learned firsthand how tough it is to run a nonprofit organization.

In 2006, Rob joined BearingPoint as a Sr. Management Analyst. Rob was grateful for the opportunity to work at such a prestigious firm, but they wish they had taken advantage of it more. After only one year at BearingPoint, Rob left to join PwC as an Associate. Rob enjoyed their time at PwC and was grateful that they took a chance on him despite their rebellious reputation.

In 2004, Rob founded CauseVox, a nonprofit fundraising platform that helps organizations raise more money with less effort. Under Rob's leadership, CauseVox has become one of the most popular fundraising platforms in the world, powering over $1 billion in donations for nonprofits around the globe.

Rob Wu has a Masters in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
