Baburajan Angadiyil

Baburajan Angadiyil is an experienced professional in agile transformation and operations leadership, currently serving as Senior Agile Coach and Bangalore Operations Leader at Causeway Technologies since 2013. With a focus on improving team effectiveness through coaching and facilitation, Baburajan also held the role of Vice President and Bangalore R&D Operations Leader. Prior experience includes positions as Sr. Manager of Global Architecture and Strategy at SunGard, Sr. Program Manager at IHS, and Sr. Manager of Development at i2 Technologies. Baburajan began their career as a Manager at Aspect Development (I) Pvt Ltd, leading the Database group and Integration Team. Baburajan holds an MBA in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Calicut.
