Chase Mazur has worked in various roles in the medical and environmental industries since 2010. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations and Director of Laboratory Operations at Gencove. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Research Specialist at Weill Cornell Medicine, where they developed various methods using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). From 2013 to 2014, they were a Metabolism & Safety at Zoetis and completed a study on veterinary drug metabolism in cytochrome P450 isoforms. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Laboratory Analyst at Wonder Makers Environmental Inc., where they assessed environmental fungal contamination and validated remediation work. In 2012, they were a Microbiology Intern at Perrigo, where they monitored environmental levels of microbes and isolated and identified bacterial and fungal species.
Chase Mazur holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from Western Michigan University.
