Anne Brames has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Anne began their career at AT&T in 1989 and held various roles such as District Manager, Sr. Technical Support Manager, and Sr. Manager of Customer Loyalty and Value. Anne then worked at Nortel as the Director of Customer Satisfaction and later as the Director of Customer Loyalty and Value. Anne joined MCI as the Director of Customer Support and then moved on to Comdial (which became Vertical Communications) as the Vice President of Customer Support. Anne continued their career at Vertical Communications as the Vice President of Customer Support, where they integrated the support organizations of three merged companies and developed strategies to optimize support for dealer and customer bases. Anne then joined Cavalier Telephone as the Vice President of Customer Care before finally joining Windstream Communications as the Vice President of Customer Support.
