Jay Witek

Jay Witek is an experienced network management systems architect currently with Cavalier Telephone. Witek has a robust background in systems development, having served as a Senior Systems Developer at Concert Communications from November 1996 to September 2001, where responsibilities included product management and the integration of Netcool instances with various operational tools.
