Jessica Torres-Soto serves as the EVP and Chief People Officer at MikeWorldWide. Previously, Jessica held the position of SVP and Head of People at Civic Entertainment Group, LLC, a Seacrest Global Group Company. Additional experience includes serving as SVP, HR Business Partner and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader at Initiative, and as SVP, Head of Diversity & Inclusion - US/HR Business Partner at IPG Mediabrands. Jessica began their career at Mediabrands as VP, Regional HR Business Partner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Rutgers University and a Human Resources Certificate from Villanova University.
