Leigh Florence

Leigh Florence is a Technical Project Manager at Cavanna Homes, where Leigh has been working since June 2022. Leigh previously worked at Teignbridge District Council from October 1996 to June 2022 as a Projects Manager, overseeing various development and infrastructure projects. With a background in Civil Engineering and Building Studies, their experience includes appointing and coordinating project teams, managing procurement, and engaging with external organizations. Prior to their time at the council, Leigh briefly worked as a Site Engineer at Rochelle Construction in 1995. Leigh holds a HNC in Civil Engineering from Exeter College and a GNVQ Advanced Building Studies from South Devon College.
