B.sc. Ardita Paloja

Ardita Paloja, B.Sc. MBA, has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly with Cavendish Farms, where responsibilities have included Technical Sales Manager, Scientific Research Program Manager, Research & Development Scientist, and Continuous Improvement (CI) specialist. Ardita began tenure at Cavendish Farms in May 2002 as a Summer Intern and has since progressed through various roles up until the present. Ardita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Prince Edward Island, completed between 2002 and 2017. Additionally, Ardita is currently enhancing leadership skills through programs at The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School and has been part of the Irving Leadership Fundamentals Program since 2011.
