Casey Stermer

Casey Stermer is a dedicated Process Engineer at Cavendish Farms since January 2023, following a successful tenure as Operations Manager at both Mclane Global Manufacturing and Abbiamo Pasta Company. With previous experience at Cavendish Farms in various roles including Shift Manager and Shift Supervisor, Casey also contributed as a Warehouse Assistant at Kalamazoo Flower Group and operated machinery at Aquatic Bath. Military service as an Infantry member in the US Army from February 2009 to June 2012 laid a strong foundation for Casey's career. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Human Resources at the University of Jamestown, with an expected graduation in 2024.
