Cphr Rebecca Sutherland

Rebecca Sutherland, CPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Finance and Insurance Manager at Calgary Harley-Davidson. In 2008, they transitioned to Centum Atlantic as a Mortgage Consultant. Rebecca then joined Saint John Kings Adult Learning Inc in 2009 as a Human Resources Research Officer and simultaneously worked as an HR Assistant at the City of Saint John. In 2010, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Ardagh Group until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Senior HR Representative at PepsiCo Beverages Canada. Since 2016, they have been employed at Cavendish Farms, starting as an HR Business Partner and progressing to Manager of Human Resources before assuming their current position as the Director of Human Resources.

Rebecca Sutherland, CPHR, began their education journey in 2001 at the University of New Brunswick, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics, graduating in 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution, obtaining a Human Resources Management Certificate in 2010. Additionally, in July 2011, Rebecca earned the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) from CPHR Canada.
