Cphr Stephanie Forsythe

Stephanie Forsythe, CPHR is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Cavendish Farms since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Sobeys in various HR roles including Director of HR Solutions and Innovation from January 2018 to July 2019, Senior Director of HR Operations for Sobeys Multiformat, Atlantic from November 2012 to January 2018, and Director of HR and Store Experience from November 2010 to December 2012. Stephanie also held roles such as Director of Employee and Customer Engagement from November 2008 to November 2010, Director of Learning and Organizational Development from May 2003 to November 2008, Manager of Learning and Development from October 2000 to May 2003, Specialist of Continuous Improvement Process from June 1999 to October 2000, and worked in Retail Management from May 1990 to October 2000.

Stephanie Forsythe, CPHR pursued their education by starting with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in English from the University of New Brunswick, which they completed between 1989 and 1994. Following this, they attended St. Thomas University (CA) from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree. Stephanie's field of study transitioned from English to Education as they pursued their academic journey.
