Morgan Lybacki

Morgan Lybacki has accumulated significant experience in operational excellence and electrical services. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead and previously as the Statistical Process Control Coordinator at Cavendish Farms since January 2018, Morgan has developed a strong foundation in process optimization. Prior roles include Electrical Apprentice at Integral Energy Services Ltd. and a Lead Hand position at ROCKWOOL North America, where responsibilities included first aid support. Morgan's electrical apprenticeship began at Integral Energy Services Ltd. in June 2013. Educational qualifications include a degree from Okanagan College, completed between 2015 and 2019.
