Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin is a Research & Development Specialist at Cavendish Farms, a position held since August 2018. Previously, Sarah worked as a Production Worker at COWS Inc. from May 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities included manufacturing chocolates and ensuring product quality standards. Sarah is currently pursuing a Master's in Food Technology at Wageningen University & Research, expected to be completed in December 2024, following a post-baccalaureate certificate in Food Science from McGill University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Prince Edward Island (2011-2015).
