Rebecca Baldwin

Rebecca Baldwin is an accomplished talent acquisition and HR professional with extensive experience in change management and resourcing. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director and PeopleCentre Head of Programme at Babcock International Group since July 2022, Rebecca previously held multiple roles at Cavendish Nuclear, including Head of Change & Transformation and Head of Resourcing. Rebecca's background includes leading significant initiatives such as the design and implementation of a multi-employer rotational Graduate Development Programme, which successfully achieved nearly 1000 applications with a balanced gender representation in science and engineering.
