Olli Mäkilä

Olli Mäkilä has a strong background in IT and business management. Olli has held various leadership roles at Caverion and YIT.

At Caverion, Olli's most recent role was as the Head of Business IT Relations Management (BRM) and Local Service Delivery. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the interface between the business and IT, as well as ensuring that local service delivery met business expectations. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business IT Relations Management (BRM), where they focused on business interface with Caverion's divisions, business units, and functions.

Before their time as Head of BRM, Olli was the Head of Demand & Enterprise Architecture, where they led a unit focusing on enterprise architecture and demand handling. Olli also served as the Group CIO on an interim basis, overseeing IT delivery for Caverion Group.

At YIT, Olli held the position of Development Manager (ICT), where they were responsible for common business IT development and system process development. Olli also served as the IT Manager and was the head of a small SAP master data development team.

Overall, Olli Mäkilä has extensive experience in IT management, business interface, enterprise architecture, project management, and team leadership.

Olli Mäkilä received a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information and knowledge management from Tampere University of Technology from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they completed an exchange year in Industriell Ekonomi at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006.
