Allen Hare, SPHR SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Allen started their career as a Human Resources Director at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company in 2001 and served in this role until 2006. In 2007, they joined TNG – A Division of the Jim Pattison Group as a Human Resources Director and continued in this position until 2010. Allen then moved to Cargill where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Allen is the Director of Human Resources at Caviness Beef Packers, a position they have held since 2013.
Allen Hare, SPHR SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from West Texas A&M University. Allen has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Board of Directors Member at the United Way of Amarillo & Canyon and a Past Board Member at PANHANDLE HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATION. Additionally, they are a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
