Boologa Pandian Maharajan

Boologa Pandian Maharajan has an extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Boologa Pandian started their career in 2007 as a Customer Care Associate at Shoppers Stop, where they played a key role in enrolling new participants into the First Citizenship program.

In 2009, they joined Lilliput Kids Wear Limited as a Retail Manager, where they managed operations for a flagship store and ensured a seamless customer experience.

Boologa Pandian then moved on to Future Group/Planet Sports in 2011, where they served as a Store Operations Manager, successfully managing multiple sports brands and delivering a comprehensive shopping experience for customers.

In 2014, they joined SPORTXS (Decathlon) as a Store Operations Manager and was responsible for managing an extensive inventory of sports equipment, apparel, and gear.

In 2017, they joined CORIUM TRENDS PVT LIMITED as a Sales Merchandising Manager, where they managed the inventory across three physical stores.

Currently, they are working at CavinKare as a Merchandiser & Supply Chain Manager and Business Analytics for Sanchu Animal Hospital. In this role, they manage an inventory worth INR 5-7 crores across five veterinary hospitals and pet supermarkets, achieving significant monthly sales.

Boologa Pandian Maharajan completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at the University of Madras in 2008. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, completing it in 2017. Currently, they are enrolled in the University of Madras, pursuing an MBA in Marketing Management, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
