Dhruvesh Palival

Dhruvesh Palival has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dhruvesh began their career at Botree Software International Pvt.Ltd. in 2010, starting as a Customer Support Officer and later transitioning to the role of Senior Software Support. Dhruvesh also served as an Associate Customer Support during this time. In 2018, they joined CavinKare as a Sales IT Support and quickly progressed to the position of Team Lead Manager. Currently, Dhruvesh is working at Godfrey Phillips India Limited, where they started as an Assistant Manager IT in 2021 and is now a Deputy Manager IT.

Dhruvesh Palival obtained a postgraduate diploma (PGDM) in Operation Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, from 2006 to 2009. In 2006, they also completed their 12th standard with a focus on Mathematics from UP Board. Additionally, Dhruvesh Palival achieved an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2022.
