Feroz Mohamed has a diverse work experience in the FMCG and telecommunications industry. Feroz started their career at Bharti Airtel Limited in 2008 as the Zonal Manager for Sales Prepaid and Postpaid, where they managed and developed sales strategies for both prepaid and postpaid services. In 2012, they became the Senior Manager for Marketing Mobile Commerce, focusing on the growth of mobile commerce products.

In 2013, Feroz joined airtel as the DGM-Sales and Zonal Business Manager. In this role, they were responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the achievement of customer and revenue market share objectives. Feroz supervised and influenced multiple teams to deliver operational excellence in customer service, channel management, and market expansion. Feroz also played a key role in contributing to the revenue and OB growth of the business through various products and services.

From 2018 to 2021, Feroz worked at CavinKare as the National Trade Marketing Manager. Feroz then took on the role of Head of Distribution from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the National Sales Head Rural FMCG at CavinKare.
