Pallavi Sharma

Pallavi Sharma has a diverse range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Pallavi started their career in 2017 as a Research Assistant at the Department of Science and Technology. Pallavi then went on to complete internships at Perfetti Van Melle and ITC Limited. In 2017, they also joined Heritage Foods Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Executive. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Officer at Kwality Milk Foods Ltd. - India. Most recently, they have been working at CavinKare as an Associate Scientist in Research and Development since May 2019.

Pallavi Sharma completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from CSJMU in the years 2010 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Animal Biotechnology at the National Dairy Research Institute from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, in the year 2016 to 2017, they attended the Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices of India to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Analysis and Quality Assurance.
