Santosh Kumar Palur has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Santosh began their career in 2004 with RB as a Territory Sales Incharge in Hyderabad, handling distributors and achieving a turnover of 1 Crore. In 2006, they joined Vodafone as an Area Sales Manager, starting as a Territory Sales Manager and getting promoted to ASM, responsible for operations in Karimnagar and part of Warangal.

Palur then shifted to Telenor in 2009, working as a Zonal Sales Manager in Bangalore South, responsible for pre-launch activities and distribution through channel partners. Santosh joined Vodafone again in 2010, serving as a Sales Program Manager, implementing sales processes and enhancing the sales team's performance. Santosh later became a Zonal Distribution Manager and eventually a Zonal Business Head, responsible for strategic operations and achieving targets.

In 2018, Palur joined OYO as the Hub Head for the rest of Karnataka, leading a team of 140+ employees and managing the hub's P&L. Currently, they are working at CavinKare as a Zonal Manager for Karnataka and Kerala, overseeing the sales and distribution of personal care products. Santosh then served as a Senior Regional Sales Manager for West Region, where they headed sales and distribution for the personal care business and managed B2B operations. Currently, Palur holds the position of National Sales Head for PC Urban & B2B at CavinKare.

Santosh Kumar Palur completed their education with an MBA degree in Sales and Marketing from TIME's from 2002 to 2004. Before pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science, Electronics, and Mathematics from Sahyadri Science College, Shimoga, which they completed from 1999 to 2002.
