Kristi Erickson (she/her)

Kristi Erickson has a wealth of experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Kristi is currently the Chief People Officer at Caylent since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at Cornerstone Advisors starting in July 2021. From April 2021 to June 2023, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Planet. Before that, they held the position of VP of HR at CBRE from May 2020 to April 2021. Kristi has also showcased their expertise as the Founder & Managing Director of Mosaic Talent, where they worked from October 2015 to April 2020, helping companies align their talent strategies with their business goals. Kristi served as the Chief People and Innovation Officer at Uplift Education from June 2017 to June 2019, and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ServiceSource from February 2014 to April 2015. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Partner at PeopleResults from January 2011 to January 2014. Kristi began their career at Accenture in August 1985, where they held the title of Executive Director HR until January 2011.

Kristi Erickson (she/her) attended Oklahoma State University from 1979 to 1985, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance, General. In 2016, they obtained the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary certification from Duolingo.
