Aileen Ariosa

Aileen Ariosa, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of Assay R&D at Cayman Chemical since September 2021 and previously held the position of Scientist I within the same department. Aileen also contributes to academia as a Lecturer at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts since July 2020, following a research-focused career at the University of Michigan from September 2014 to September 2021, where Aileen worked as a Research Investigator and Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Aileen's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from Caltech, where Aileen conducted research from August 2008 to July 2014 as a Graduate Student Researcher and was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at California State University, Los Angeles from 2005 to 2008.
