Andrei Kornilov

Andrei Kornilov has extensive experience in chemistry research and development. Andrei currently holds the position of Director of Chemistry R&D and Services at Cayman Chemical, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Scientist IV at Cayman Chemical and as a Senior Scientific Researcher at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry & Petrochemistry from 1995 to 2002. Andrei also served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Chemistry, State University of New York at Albany from 1997 to 1998 and at the Faculté de Pharmacie, Châtenay-Malabry, Université Paris-Sud from 1994 to 1995.

Andrei Kornilov obtained their Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Kiev State University, where they studied from 1979 to 1984. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry & Petrochemistry in 1990.
