Prerona Roy

Prerona Roy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Prerona started their career as a General Manager at 1 to 1 Tutor, LLC in 2008 and held the position until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Marketing Program Manager at Adaptive Learning LLC and as a Senior Business Consultant at Spectrum Solutions LLC. In 2016, they became an Independent Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker at The John Maxwell Company, and the same year, they also joined Inspire Excellence as a Personal Excellence Coach & Consultant. In 2017, they worked as a Business Consultant at AtPlay Amusement until 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Communication Trainer at Regent Education and Research Foundation Group of Institutions 263. In 2018, they started working as a Training Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. Their most recent position, starting in 2021, is as an Operations Consultant at Cayster. Prerona Roy has a wealth of experience in coaching, consulting, training, and management across multiple organizations.

Prerona Roy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree through distance education at Sikkim Manipal University. In 2011, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Sikkim Manipal University between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, in March 2016, Prerona obtained a certification as a Certified Trainer, Coach, and Speaker from the John Maxwell Team institution.
