Ashley Simons, PhD has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2013, they started their own consulting business, Ashley J. Simons Consulting, where they served as a Certified Life Coach. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Project Coordinator at the Center for Family Life & Recovery from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, Ashley joined Mohawk Valley Community College as an Adjunct Professor in Human Services & Psychology until January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President of the Mohawk Valley Region at Cayuga Centers, starting in January 2020.

Ashley Simons, PhD, received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Cedar Crest College. Ashley pursued further education at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology. Ashley also completed a Masters of Art degree at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Additionally, Ashley earned a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Regis University.
