Donald Evenson

Donald Evenson has extensive experience in investment management. Donald began their career in 1994 at Provident Investment Counsel as a Managing Director, where they were responsible for managing a large-cap growth strategy and developed a long/short growth equity strategy. In 2005, they moved to Trust Company of the West as a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager. During their time there, they co-developed and managed TCW Growth, an all-cap growth strategy. In 2012, Donald joined AVR Asset Management as the Chief Investment Officer, where they launched a long/short equity hedge fund and raised $3 million. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Investment Officer at Citizens Business Bank.

Donald Evenson holds a diverse range of educational accomplishments. Donald pursued an MBA in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, completing their studies between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Business Economics from Saint Mary's College of California from 1985 to 1987. Donald began their educational journey at UC Santa Barbara, where they studied Economics from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the certification of Registered Investment Advisor from the State of California in 2012. Furthermore, Donald Evenson earned the title of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1996.
