Patrick Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, investment banking, and venture capital across various companies in the cannabis and energy sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Amherst Brands and Avenoo, and as an Advisor for Gwella, Patrick also holds a shareholder position at CBD Emporium Inc. Past roles include Director of Business Development at Cura Cannabis Solutions, and significant positions in mergers and acquisitions at ELLO Capital, InterGen, and GE Capital.
