Steve Parker

Steve Parker has extensive experience in facilities operations and program management, currently serving as Director of Program Operations and Senior Program Manager at City Building & Engineering Services, LLC since September 2016, overseeing the management of 150-200 remodeling sites and a comprehensive Capital Survey program for 650 Big Box Stores across the US. Prior to this, Steve held various positions at BJ's Wholesale Club from July 1998 to August 2016, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President/Director of Facilities Operations, where responsibilities included managing operations for over 200 clubs and a total budget exceeding $180 million. Steve's career began at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Senior Facility Engineer, managing maintenance services across three corporate buildings. Education includes preparations for the USCG Captain's Exam and attendance at Northeast Regional Vocational Technical High School.
