Susan Beckett

Susan Beckett has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of People Services at CBH Group since August 2013, following several progressive roles including People and Process Manager and Human Resources Service Centre Manager. Prior to CBH Group, Susan held the position of Human Resources Manager at De Grey Civil and worked briefly as a Senior HR Business Partner at Downer Australia. Susan's career in human resources began at Downer EDi Works, where Susan was the Manager of Human Resources for over six years. In terms of education, Susan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Management from The University of Western Australia, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.
