Roi Lemier

Roi Lemier has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and cybersecurity. Starting in 2012, Roi worked as a Help Desk Analyst at CareTech Solutions, providing phone support to multiple hospitals and supporting various systems and equipment. In 2013, Roi joined Henry Ford Health System as a Help Desk Specialist, where they provided phone support for a large number of hospital staff and handled computer hardware and software issues. In 2016, Roi was promoted to the role of Sr Service Desk Agent at Henry Ford Health System, where they managed software using SCCM configuration manager. Roi then moved to MAPAL Inc. in 2018, where they worked as an IT Specialist/Analyst. In this role, they provided end-user support, maintained computer systems, and handled server maintenance tasks. Currently, Roi works as a Cyber Security Engineer at CBI | Cybersecurity Solutions, starting in 2021.

Roi Lemier has a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baker College, where they obtained an Associate of Business degree. Roi later pursued further education at Baker College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Roi has obtained several certifications over the years. Roi became an Epic Ambulatory Credentialed Trainer through Henry Ford Health System in April 2017. In February 2012, Roi obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, and also received the Comptia A+ certification from CompTIA in January 2012. Roi's additional certification includes the Cisco Certified Network Associate Service Provider Operations (CCNA) from Cisco, although the specific completion date is unavailable.
