Kadon Hardman

Kadon Hardman is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as the Division Commander for the U of U Health Center Contracts at CBI Security Services since September 2017, Kadon Hardman monitors facility detachment commanders to ensure compliance with University and CBI standards. Previous roles include Supervisor in the CBI Patrol Division and Security Officer at All Pro Security LLC. With a strong background in sales, Kadon Hardman also held positions as Inside Sales Manager at Brio Energy and Sr. Sales Representative for ClearSolar, specializing in residential solar energy systems. Earlier in career, Kadon Hardman served as a Police Officer and K9 Handler for Pleasant Grove City, exemplifying leadership with the establishment of the first Canine Unit. Kadon Hardman holds a Law Enforcement Graduate degree from Utah Valley University and a high school diploma from Pleasant Grove High School.
