Pil Bernth-Andersen

Head of Customer Experience at CBIT A/S

Pil Bernth-Andersen's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities across different companies. From 2015 to 2022, Pil worked at Siteimprove, starting as a Customer Success Manager, then moving on to become an Operations Manager in Customer Success. In these roles, Pil focused on streamlining processes, onboarding new customers and customer success managers, and implementing training and education plans. From 2023, Pil will be joining Melumi as the Head of Customer Experience. Prior to Siteimprove, Pil briefly worked at Co+ Hoegh as an Account Manager and had a temporary position as a Project Coordinator at Magnetix A/S. Pil also gained experience as an Account Manager Intern at Saatchi & Saatchi and as a Freelance Project Manager and Project Manager at Skills Creator. Additionally, Pil was a Digital Marketing Intern at Tourism and Events Queensland and held a position as a Student Coordinator at DIS - Danish Institute for Study Abroad in 2010.

Pil Bernth-Andersen began their education in 2003 at Høje Taastrup Gymnasium, where they completed their upper secondary examination in the language line. Pil focused on English A level, Math B level, and Sports B level during their time there. In 2006, Pil pursued a travel guide education at Service & Co. In 2007, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication (English/Communication) in 2010. As part of their undergraduate studies, Pil participated in an exchange program at Ryerson University in 2009. Later, in 2012, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and completed a Master's degree in Strategic Advertising in 2013.
