Andrea Harman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Stinnett & Associates since March 2007, Andrea oversees talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and on-boarding processes within a regional professional services advisory firm. Prior to this role, Andrea was a Staffing Manager at AcctKnowledge Financial Staffing from September 2002 to March 2007, where a focus on recruitment and management in the accounting and finance sectors was emphasized. Andrea holds both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
