Craig Monastra

Craig Monastra is a seasoned IT security and compliance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of IT Security and Compliance at CBIZ since January 2015, Monastra oversees the enhancement of information security and compliance programs for a leading professional services provider. Previously, Monastra held significant roles including Director of Information Security at Sterling Jewelers, where a mature security program was developed, and as a Risk Management and IT Audit Practice Consultant at SecureState LLC. Additional experience includes Director of Technology Risk Management at Jefferson Wells International and various IT security positions at CFS Consulting Services and Smithers-Oasis Company. Monastra holds a BA in Management from Malone University and an AA in Applied Business in Computer Programming Technology from Stark State Technical College.
