Katie Carrothers

Katie Carrothers serves as the Vice President of Recruiting at CBIZ, where responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies to support business growth and collaborating with leaders to address current and future talent needs. Carrothers previously founded and led the National Campus Recruiting Team at CBIZ, significantly expanding the team and establishing effective recruitment structures. Prior to CBIZ, Carrothers held several roles at Black & Veatch, where contributions included advising on campus recruiting trends and facilitating the hiring process for early career candidates in engineering and construction. Earlier experience includes recruiting support at Burns & McDonnell and conducting market research as a marketing intern at Advent. Katie Carrothers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Belmont University.
