Kyle Anne Midkiff

Kyle Anne Midkiff, CPA, CFE, CFF, is a seasoned professional in forensic and litigation services, currently serving as a Partner at Marcum LLP since December 2015. Prior to this role, Midkiff held the position of Managing Director at SMART DEVINE (now part of Marcum LLP) from 2010 to November 2015, and was a Principal at NIHILL & RIEDLEY from 2001 to 2010. Midkiff's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Director of Forensic and Litigation Services at KPMG from 1984 to 2001, and early career work as a Judicial Assistant and Paralegal with the U.S. Courts/U.S. Attorney's Office from 1975 to 1984. Midkiff earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden between 1979 and 1984, following graduation from Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School in 1975.
