Randeewa Malalasooriya

Randeewa Malalasooriya serves as the Director and CEO of CBL Natural Foods Cluster at Ceylon Biscuits Limited since April 2018, focusing on the manufacture and export of organic products utilizing local raw materials. Previous roles include CEO of Chemanex PLC under CIC Holdings PLC, where responsibilities included trading and manufacturing chemicals, and Managing Director of Lafarge Maldives Cement, overseeing business growth and corporate governance. Randeewa has also held various management positions at Geocycle, emphasizing waste management and compliance. Randeewa is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a research focus on circular economy, having previously earned an MBA and a BSc.
