Shashini Jayathilake has accumulated diverse experience in brand management and market research. Currently serving as a Brand Executive at Ceylon Biscuits Limited since August 2021, Shashini previously held the position of Management Trainee at the same company. Prior to this role, Shashini worked as a Research Executive at Kantar from August 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included servicing clients such as Nestle Lanka PLC and Hemas Holdings PLC, moderating qualitative discussions, and generating consumer insights. Shashini's career also includes an internship with Nestlé as a MILO Brand Intern, focusing on promotional activities and social media engagement. Shashini holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the same institution.
