Tricia Cunningham

Tricia Cunningham is the Vice President of Operation Business Systems at CBL Properties. Tricia has held this position since January 1988. Prior to that, they were with CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. for 32 years. In that role, they were responsible for setting up the Yardi Voyager system for Tenant Recovery calculations, Overage (Percentage) Rent billings, Tenant billings, Lease abstraction, and Lease setup.
