Tripp Wingo

Tripp Wingo is the current VP of Accounting at CBL Properties. Tripp has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounting and has worked for various companies including CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., Unum, and Kroger. Tripp is responsible for preparing and reviewing all SEC filings, leading the review of technical accounting matters, and managing the fixed asset and financial reporting teams. Tripp has also served as the point of contact for external auditors to facilitate all requests and ensure a timely and efficient audit. In their most recent role at CBL Properties, they implemented and led the adoption of a new financial reporting software.

Tripp Wingo has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Tripp is also certified as a CPA.

Tripp Wingo reports to Farzana Khaleel, EVP & CFO. They are on a team with Stan Hildebrand - VP, Finance Counsel, Rusty Carlton - VP, Portfolio Accounting, and Allison Houghton - VP, Accounting.
