Kirsty Thompson

Kirsty Thompson is an accomplished professional in the field of disability inclusion and development, currently serving as the Director of the Inclusion Advisory Group at CBM Global Disability Inclusion since February 2017, where leadership involves managing a global team and overseeing inclusion strategies. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Inclusive Development at CBM Australia from September 2006 to February 2017, where Kirsty established and managed the Inclusive Development Department. Prior positions held at the University of Sydney included Disability Specialist and Lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences, along with serving as an Associate Lecturer focused on disability research collaboration. Kirsty holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Services and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, both from the University of Sydney.
