Sander Schot is a highly experienced professional in the fields of disability inclusion and humanitarian action, currently serving as a Senior Inclusion Advisor at CBM Global Disability Inclusion since January 2023. In this role, Sander is part of the IAG Global team, focusing on the development of local Inclusion Advisory Groups and providing technical advice to global stakeholders. Additionally, Sander is a member of the Supervisory Board for Tearfund Nederland, overseeing organizational effectiveness and resource management. Previous positions include leadership roles at LIGHT FOR THE WORLD, where Sander held titles such as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Grants, Technical Director Humanitarian Action, and Head of Economic Empowerment & Humanitarian Action. Other relevant experience includes board membership at various organizations and roles with ZOA and Stichting World Partners Nederland. Sander holds an MBA from the EuroMBA Consortium and a Master's degree from Wageningen University & Research.
