Nikita Lawrence

Nikita Lawrence is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Coach (Global) at Cboe Global Markets since April 2023. In this role, Nikita supports multiple C-level executives in developing strategies that enhance employee engagement and optimize business performance. Previously, Nikita held the position of Manager, Global Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Coach. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Amazon, Director of Employee Relations at Levy Restaurants, and Market Human Resources Manager at Walmart, overseeing significant revenue and supervising thousands of associates. Nikita also serves as Adjunct Business Faculty at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a graduate degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
