Prashant Bhatia

Prashant Bhatia has a comprehensive work experience in the finance industry. Prashant is currently the Head of Strategy at Cboe Global Markets, a position they started in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked for TD Ameritrade as the Managing Director of Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Development from 2009 to 2020. Prashant also held a role at Citi as the Director of Equity Research from 2002 to 2009. Prashant worked at Paine Webber & UBS Americas as the VP of the Office of the Chairman from 1998 to 2002. Earlier in their career, Prashant was a Manager of Finance at Morgan Stanley and a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand.

Prashant Bhatia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Columbia Business School during the period of 2000-2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Connecticut between 1988 and 1992. In addition to their educational background, Prashant has additional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute, and Series 7, 24, 63, and 87 from FINRA.
