Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Cboe Global Markets since December 2022, Sarah previously held multiple roles at Intercontinental Exchange, including Risk Oversight Officer, Compliance Manager, Senior Staff Attorney, and Staff Attorney at ICE Clear Credit from August 2013 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes law clerk positions at Childress Duffy, Nielsen, Zehe and Antas P.C., and the Cook County State's Attorney Office, as well as a marketing internship at Marie Claire Magazine and an administrative assistant role at Illini Media. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree with a Certificate in Tax Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
