Allison Moffett

Allison Moffett currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Ontra since October 2023. Prior to this role, Moffett was Senior Corporate Counsel at ExecOnline, Inc. from January 2021 to September 2023, where comprehensive legal support was provided to cross-functional teams and strategic risk mitigation strategies were developed to facilitate business growth and revenue objectives. Experience also includes working as Corporate Counsel at Hogan Lovells and as a U.S. Associate at Linklaters, advising on corporate and capital market transactions. Moffett began legal career with a Legal Internship at the Peace Corps, supporting litigation and administrative procedures, and has additional experience in diversity education and legal research. Moffett holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Political Science and Government from William & Mary.
