Brandon B. Boze

Director Since December 2012.

Mr. Boze has been the Independent Chair of the Board since May 2018 and has been a director since 2012. He is the President, a Partner and a member of the Management Committee of ValueAct Capital, a privately owned investment firm that he joined in August 2005.

Prior to joining ValueAct Capital, Mr. Boze was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, focused on power utilities and technology mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Boze brings to the Board experience in finance, strategy, merger, acquisitions and investment business.

He previously served on the board of directors of Trinity Industries, Inc. and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International.

Mr. Boze holds a B.E. from Vanderbilt University and is a CFA charterholder.
