Lindsey Caplan

Lindsey Caplan is the Global CFO for Real Estate Investments at CBRE|ESI. Lindsey has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lindsey began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1996 and spent seven years there, eventually becoming a Manager in Transaction Services. In 2003, they transitioned to Marsh Inc., where they spent three years as Vice President of Strategic Development before joining CBRE|ESI in 2006.

Lindsey Caplan has an MBA in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business. Lindsey also has a BGS in Accounting from the University of Michigan. Lindsey is certified from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in CBRE Finance Leadership Development Program.

Lindsey Caplan reports to Mike Lafitte, Global CEO, CBRE Real Estate Investments & CEO, Trammell Crow Company. They are on a team with Lisa Sher - Senior Managing Director, General Counsel, Adam Saphier - President, Eastern Operations, and Jon Di-Stefano - CEO, Telford Homes.
